2nd European Language Day by EUNIC in Vietnam

Good news for all present and future polyglots: On October 27th the “2nd European language Day” will be once more organized by the EUNIC in Vietnam, to introduce the diversity of their national languages, promote multilingualism and address the benefits of Early Foreign Language Learning. 

European Literature Days in Vietnam

European Literature Days were organised on 11 and 12 May in the National Library of Vietnam where new books from seven European countries offering reading pleasure for all ages were presented.

 

European Language Days in Hanoi

First European dance festival in Vietnam

Two European dance companies and a choreographer will highlight the first festival of contemporary dance in Vietnam (8 and 9 September 2011 in Hanoi). Artists from Wallonie-Brussels and Italy will perform their own creations, while a German choreograph stages a premiere with Vietnamese dancers.

European Literature Days in Vietnam

Classics from Italy, novels from Germany, children's books from Belgium, France and Denmark make reading a pleasure at the European Literature Days (27-28 May) at the Institut Francais – L‘ Espace and the Goethe-Institut.

Fly EUNIC: Vietnam Airlines magazine on the cluster in Vietnam

The January-February 2011 issue of the Vietnam Airlines Heritage magazine features a two-page interview with Franck Pezza, head of the newly formed Vietnam cluster.
"We want Vietnamese artists to have exchanges with European artists and will invite them to join European artists in the performances that we organize", says Pezza.

Vietnam: new member of the cluster family

EUNIC in Vietnam is the latest member of the EUNIC cluster family in Asia. Set up by seven members, the new network aims to a wide range of activities in 2011. The projects to be developped include a European week of languages, a literature week, days of contemporary dance and a documentary film festival, in the two major cities of Vietnam.
