Transpoesie: dance flash mob in Brussels metro stations

On the 26 September 2011, the European Day of Languages, EUNIC in Brussels organised a 'flash mob' dance event, with Flash Mob Dance Belgium, in four Brussels metro stations to highlight its Transpoesie project.
The project, by EUNIC (EU National Institutes for Culture) in Brussels in co-operation with the STIB, sees poems displayed in their original language and in translation by poets from all across Europe in posters throughout the metro network.
Inspired by the successful and longstanding edition of Poems on the Underground in London and Wiersze w Metrze in Warsaw, EUNIC in Brussels is bringing European poetry into the Brussels metro system for the first time.
Thanks to all EUNIC in Brussels members (and dancing employees!).
Special thanks to Flash Mob Dance Belgium.
