European Literature Night in London on May 16

Supported by EUNIC London and the European Commission Representation in the UK and facilitated by the Czech Centre London, European Literature Night has presented some of the brightest literary talent from Europe to audiences and readers across the UK since its inaugural event at the British Library in 2009. Building on this success, in 2012, in addition to the British Library’s regular European Literature Night event in May, ELN is teaming up with Speaking Volumes Live Literature Productions.  In 2012 the ELN will present 9 writers from:  AUSTRIA’s Paulus Hochgatterer, DENMARK’s Pia Juul, FRANCE’s Laurent Binet,GERMANY’s Ludwig Steinherr, HUNGARY’s Noémi Szécsi,MONTENEGRO’s Ognjen Spahić, POLAND’s Zygmunt Miloszewski, ROMANIA’s Robert Şerban, SWEDEN’s Anne Swärd, SPAIN's Quim Monzo.
